Across the Nullarbor to Perth with Border Security

If you follow our posts by now you would see we tend to travel with a small entourage in toe. Last month we took our products, boarder security and a sense of humour on a trip to Perth. We started out on December 30th with high hopes of experiencing New Year’s Eve somewhere we had not been before and the lucky town was “Lightning Ridge” with 45 degrees temperature greeting us and 6 very hot travellers.  Our border security team was not coping well at this stage as they are used to creature comforts such as air conditioning at home so here we are plugged into power air-conditioner struggling to maintain 29 degree though it was set for 21, no cold beers on hand as the poor Waco was also struggling with the heat. Peter soon fixed this problem racing off to grab a bag of ice – little did he know he forgot the power lead was still plugged into the back of the Rockin Roo mobile trying to keep the Waco cooling down and off he went with BBQ, Chair and washing in tow……….. Stay tuned for part 2.
